Return/Exchange Process
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
Customers do not have to pay a restocking fee.
Customers return their product directly to the store.

How to claim your money back:
If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your 5minskinde.com product, email an Account Manager at info@5minskin.de or call us - +1 323-283-8332.
Once approved, return our handset (in its original packaging) via a trackable postal service to the address provided by our Account Manager.
Incomplete, undecipherable or illegible applications will be considered invalid.
Actual postage costs to send and return the product are the full responsibility of the applicant and will not be reimbursed.
After the return, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product. Refunds will only be processed in their original form of payment.
We offer a 1-year warranty on all products against defects and offer a replacement unit if the 30-day period is exceeded.
